VGM - correct weight information

We would like to point out that transmission of correct container weights is obligatory for reasons of railway safety. The following points must be observed:

• Transmission of container weight (VGM) till latest train cut off.
• Weight changes after dispatch cannot be made.
• VGM documents can be used as proof in the event of queries.

We would like to expressly point out that the responsibility for correct and timely weight transmission lies exclusively with the client and Roland assumes no liability for any damage resulting from missing or incorrect weight information.
