Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

 

Important updates

  • On the Vienna-St.Pölten v.v section, another alternative route will be possible, which will be navigatabel with a capacity of around 75%, we expect to be able to use this capacity in the near future.
  • We are pleased to inform you that due to this positive development, we can adjust the temporary additional cost to EUR 25,–/ TEU.
  • The reduced surcharge for export and import containers from/to Vienna will come into force on 02.10.2024, we will continue to inform you promptly about further developments and duration of this temporary surcharge.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
